Customer Service Representative

Founded in 1987, our roots run deep in agriculture, conservation, and restoration of native landscapes. At Millborn Seeds our team is dedicated to the specialty seed industry, providing education and quality seed products. We are looking to grow our team with a highly detailed, organized, and efficient Customer Service Representative. This person will be responsible for the administrative duties to assist their sales team and respective customers. The ideal candidate can juggle multiple tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrive by 7:55 every day ready to assist sales team and customers
  • Create and process Sales Orders in a timely manner to meet required deadlines for shipping timeframes
  • Serves as primary point-of-contact for Sales Specialists
  • Coordinate details of each sale (shipping details, payment details, etc.)
  • Conduct follow up communication as needed (tracking packages, issue resolution, etc.)
  • Manage open orders/quotes and ensure accurate up to date information is entered
  • Maintain accurate customer information and document information using our CRM tool
  • Assist efforts to maintain and develop a relationship with all customers
  • Take care of customer needs providing the Millborn Customer Service Experience

Special Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Desire for accuracy and high level of urgency to ensure quality and timeliness are a top priority
  • Maintain a high attention to detail while managing multiple tasks
