Customer Service Specialist

Millborn Seeds is looking to add a motivated Customer Service Specialist to our team. The ideal person for this role has knowledge of the Agricultural industry. This person also has a servant heart with a passion to take care of our customers with top-notch Customer Service either in person or on the phone. They are detail-oriented and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks throughout the day. All Millborn teammates must have the ability to adapt to change and a commitment to growing the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrive by 7:55 every day ready to assist customers via phone or in-person
  • Maintain accurate customer information
  • Manage all incoming calls.  Direct them to the correct team member; take detailed messages
  • Enter Sales Orders, coordinate details of each sale (shipping details, payment details, etc.)
  • Conduct follow up communication as needed (tracking packages, product questions, etc.)         
  • Create quotes, ensure the quote is followed through to customer and a timeline is in place for when to transfer to an order
  • Manage open orders/quotes for periodical review for updates
  • Assist efforts to maintain and develop a relationship with all customers
  • Take care of customer needs providing the Millborn Customer Service Experience
  • Communicate with specialists regarding work priorities
