Sales Support Generalist – Brookings, SD

We are looking to grow our team with a detail-oriented, organized, and responsive Sales Support Generalist.
The person in this role will be tasked with processing sales orders and assisting in sales-related tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create an excellent first impression by greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Respond to inquiries from customers or sales team members in a timely manner
- Enter new sales orders and make detailed updates to existing orders
- Work as a supportive member of the team to complete daily workload
- Work with an optimization mindset to improve daily processes and procedures
- Execute workload through appropriate channels based on training and standardized procedures
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position will be located in the front lobby at our Brookings, SD location
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and clear workload without supervision
- Thrive under pressure in a progressive, fast-paced environment
- Positive mindset through challenging workload
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Data entry experience preferred
