WHAT IS THE CRP PROGRAM?
The Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) is a land conservation program administered by the Farm Service Agency (FSA). Producers can enroll land in the programs with the goal of improving soil health and quality. In exchange, producers enrolled in CRP program will receive a yearly rental payment and cost-share assistance. CRP contracts can range from 10 -15 years in length.
