Return Policy

Millborn retail customers may return eligible product up to 90 days from date of purchase. Custom mixes are not eligible for returns. A restocking fee of $50.00 will be charged per invoiced return. Refunds will be applied as a store credit to the customer account and redeemable with any future purchase from Millborn. Product packaging must be unopened and in saleable condition. Returns can be processed at any Millborn retail location during normal
business hours. Shipping of any eligible return product(s) is at the expense of the customer. Return details including order number and product description should be communicated to a Millborn representative prior to shipping via
phone or email. All returns must be shipped to a Millborn retail location.

Millborn reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
